White Bean Pâté

Fancy sounding name for something very, very simple. This little spread makes a great vegetable dip, cracker spread or sandwich condiment.

1 can cannellini beans (rinsed thoroughly and drained)
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried thyme
salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except for the water.
Blend with an emersion blender or in a standard blender.
Add water to create desired consistency.
